These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sara’s Angel website, online store, events, bookings, memberships, and other products or services offered by Sara’s Angel LLC.

Throughout these Terms, “Sara’s Angel,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sara’s Angel LLC.

By visiting our website, creating an account, making a purchase, registering for an event, scheduling a booking, joining a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any additional terms shown at the time of purchase or registration.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, create a paid membership, schedule a booking, or enter into another paid agreement through our website.

If you are under 18, you may only use the website or participate in a transaction with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into the transaction.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Certain features may allow or require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing current and accurate information
• Protecting your password and login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• All activity conducted through your account

Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, is used fraudulently, violates these Terms, or creates a security or legal risk.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colors, textures, sizing, and other details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, editing, display settings, and individual devices.

Many Sara’s Angel products are vintage, secondhand, limited, handmade, or one of a kind. Vintage and secondhand items may show natural signs of age or previous wear. Any known material flaws will be photographed or described when reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, condition notes, sizing information, and measurements before purchasing. Tag sizes can vary between brands and decades and do not guarantee fit.

We do not guarantee that all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, or other website information will be completely free from error. We reserve the right to correct information or cancel an affected order.

AVAILABILITY

Products and services are offered subject to availability. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.

Because many products are limited or one of a kind, an item may become unavailable before checkout is completed. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or change availability without notice.

PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, membership charges, booking fees, or other costs will be displayed before the transaction is completed whenever required.

By submitting an order or payment, you confirm that:

• The payment information is accurate
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You authorize the applicable charges
• You are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees associated with the transaction

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms and privacy policies.

We may correct pricing or calculation errors, even after an order is submitted. If a correction affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee final acceptance.

Sara’s Angel may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Payment failure or suspected fraud
• Duplicate or unusually large orders
• Shipping restrictions
• Misuse of promotions or discount codes
• Violation of these Terms
• Other operational, security, or legal concerns

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers may request a cancellation before processing or shipment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Sara’s Angel does not control delays, loss, misdelivery, theft, customs processing, or other events occurring after a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and monitoring available tracking information.

Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, local delivery eligibility, international shipping terms, carrier issues, and address corrections are explained in our Shipping Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect orders, final-sale items, and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing a purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

EVENTS

Sara’s Angel may offer in-person or virtual events, pop-ups, workshops, creative experiences, or other activities.

Event details—including dates, times, locations, eligibility requirements, prices, cancellation rules, and refund terms—will be displayed with the event listing or registration materials.

We may change an event’s schedule, location, format, speakers, activities, or other details when reasonably necessary. If Sara’s Angel cancels an event, registered participants will receive the refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other resolution described in the event terms.

Participants must behave safely and respectfully. We may deny entry or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, dangerous, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or harmful to another person, the venue, or the Sara’s Angel community.

Certain events may require a separate waiver, release, photography consent, health acknowledgment, or participation agreement. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required documentation for a participating minor.

BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Bookings may be subject to availability, deposits, advance-payment requirements, preparation instructions, cancellation deadlines, late-arrival rules, rescheduling restrictions, or no-show fees.

The specific terms displayed during booking or included in the confirmation are part of the customer’s agreement with Sara’s Angel.

A booking is not confirmed until all required information and payments have been received and a confirmation has been issued.

We may reschedule or cancel a booking because of illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions, scheduling conflicts, nonpayment, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. When we cancel a booking, we will provide an appropriate rescheduling option, credit, or refund based on the circumstances and applicable booking terms.

MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Sara’s Angel may offer free or paid memberships, subscriptions, loyalty programs, early-access programs, or similar benefits.

The price, billing frequency, included benefits, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any applicable trial period will be disclosed before enrollment.

A recurring membership or subscription will only begin after the customer affirmatively agrees to the recurring charges. Unless otherwise stated, recurring memberships continue until canceled.

Customers may cancel through the cancellation method provided during enrollment, through their customer account when available, or by contacting sarasangelfashion@gmail.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless the membership terms or applicable law require otherwise. Fees already paid are not refundable for a partially used billing period unless stated in the applicable offer or required by law.

We may modify membership prices or benefits by providing notice before the change takes effect. If a customer does not agree to a material change, the customer may cancel before the next renewal.

Membership access and benefits are personal and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND GIFT CARDS

Promotional offers, discount codes, giveaways, credits, and gift cards may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, and usage restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Offers have no cash value
• Lost or stolen promotional codes will not be replaced
• We may cancel promotions affected by fraud, misuse, or technical errors

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including the Sara’s Angel name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, designs, text, product concepts, layouts, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to Sara’s Angel LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, imitate, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

No use of the website grants you ownership of or a license to Sara’s Angel intellectual property except for the limited personal access expressly allowed by these Terms.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, tag, or other content directly to Sara’s Angel, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Sara’s Angel a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, and share content that you intentionally submit for publication, marketing, or promotional use.

We may remove submitted content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or otherwise inappropriate.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use the website or services to:

• Submit false payment, account, identity, or delivery information

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, events, bookings, memberships, and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

We do not guarantee that every product or service will meet every individual preference, expectation, sizing need, creative goal, or intended result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sara’s Angel LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, events, bookings, memberships, or services.

Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to that claim, except where a different remedy is required by law.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect Sara’s Angel LLC from claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of another person’s rights.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sara’s Angel is not responsible for a delay, cancellation, interruption, or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, power or internet outages, public emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, venue closures, or third-party service failures.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the issue directly.

Any legal proceeding that is not resolved informally may be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless applicable law requires a different location.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive any right to a jury trial that would otherwise apply.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid membership or recurring subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

SEVER-ABILITY AND WAIVER

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

A failure by Sara’s Angel to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and any transaction-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Sara’s Angel regarding your use of the website and services.
